The Hiss’n Kitten Waxing Center understands that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
Late Policy
Showing up to a scheduled appointment 5 minutes after the start time, may result in not being able to complete all services and or rescheduling for a later date and time. We take pride in being the best waxing center in Austin. This means not having the full time slot to complete a service can jeopardize the quality of service. If you are running late, please give us a call and we can figure out the best way to handle the appointment.
Cancellation/No-Show Policy
In order to best accommodate all our clients needs, we require a 24 hour advance notice when cancelling an appointment. This will give another client a chance to schedule in that appointment time. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice, you will be charged 50% of your appointment services. A “No Call No Show” will result in being charged 100% of the total services. We know you value your time, so please value ours as well.
Privacy Policy
The Hiss’n Kitten Waxing Center collects information when we need to personally identify you. This personal information can include your name, email address, mailing address, phone number and credit card information. We will never disclose any of your personal information to other companies.
